This was a really great place to stay. I took a deep breath to give Hylton another chance after a horrible experience in New Orleans. The team here was professional, friendly and helpful. Whilst staying there I had an important business meeting and tho the business center was being renovated, they found me a spot so I could do the meeting. What set them apart ? Staff is good. But hotel is old
The pool had puke in it. They ran out of breakfast I a snap and never added more. People asked for more towels for the pool and the staff said they would have to look. Like what hotel needs to look for towels. Mold in the rooms. People running when I was trying to go to bed. This was disappointing for a Hilton hotel.
Highly recommend this place! Want to visit Nashville but stay far enough away of the hustle and bussle? This is your place! Great amenities, close to lots of restaurants and shops.
We were very impressed with homes 2 suite. Rooms was nice and spacious for our family of 3. Very clean but there was a slight odor coming from the kitchenette sink -could not smell it from our beds or couch thankfully. The room was well stocked, front desk were super friendly too. Nice pool for the kiddos, great breakfast that was accommodating to our allergies --we did have to ask about a few things as nothing was labeled as far as the difference sausage patties.
