Wow. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. After a seven hour drive from Toronto, I was tired and still needing to get my disabled husband settled in our room. Linda, at the front desk, saw my exhaustion and helped make our registration quick and painless! Once I had my husband settled in the room, I went to see Linda to ask some questions. Great customer service .👏 Special thanks from my heart to Linda at the front desk, who on new years eve while i was feeling down , went above and beyond to help me feel at home at the hotel, and gave me a big hug , which at this given time and situation was most welcomed and help me find new years wearables to celebrate and welcome 2026 with my wife in the hospital.
