I'm lowering my rating from 4 stars to 2. As a long-time customer, I'm disappointed with my recent experience. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet appeared unclean. This is not the level of quality I’ve come to expect from this place."
Noise from the auto route was tolerable. Lack of air circulation in the 1 bedroom suite once you close the door. Pool was great! Handicap parking is small and not monitored.
The place looks new, and the room had everything needed for a stay, like a microwave, iron, refrigerator, electric kettle, and TV. However, the sofa bed was not usable.
We stayed at this amazing hotel for 8 days and loved it . Our room was spacious with a queen bed , sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen area . The full size fridge /freezer was a bonus ! What we really appreciates was the desk area in the room , me and my husband had to both work remotely so it was very convenient for the both of us . Complimentary breakfast was great , only a few suggests I have was the meat ( sausage,bacon ) could’ve been made better . And some whip cream for the waffles . But those are my preferences!
