The rooms are solid. Won’t blow your mind but totally functional and clean. The standout here is the staff, who are all really attentive, patient, and will go out of their way to make things work for you whenever they can. A+ for them. Location is quiet. Would stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while our family was visiting the children's hospital. The front desk associate, Katelyn, made a stressful time so much easier with her kindness, warmth, and genuine care. We requested a crib for our room, and unfortunately the first one arrived broken. A replacement was brought up, but it was also damaged.
