I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Waukesha (650 Larry Ct) on a corporate booking from June 12–27, later extended by a week at my company's request. What should have been a routine stay turned into a deeply disappointing experience because of one front desk employee, Sam. From the outset, I noticed a stark difference in how Sam treated guests. Noisiest upstairs neighbors I’ve had since living in a crap apartment just out of college. Called guest services and they stated they couldn’t do anything until “quiet hours” after 10:00. Called again when the foot races were going into hour three at 10:10, was told they would visit the room. Writing this review at 11:15 as the foot races and parkour work seems to be continuing. Home 2 suites is like a Home away from home.... Breakfast is great, rooms are immaculate but the BEST part is the AMAZING STAFF ESPECIALLY ROSE who works at the reception desk... shes sooo friendly and goes above and BEYOND for every guest... shes has such a beautiful personality and is such a breath of fresh air... she was one of the main reasons we booked our stay here AGAIN... seriously would give this place 10 stars
