My room and the entire hotel smelt like the chlorine pool the smell was so strong it made me sick. The room was also super noisy right by the interstate. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen though.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Tonight around 8:30pm, the front desk employee went out of her way to publicly shame me in front of my family over a simple mistake. My 4-year-old daughter and I briefly entered the hot tub without realizing there was a posted rule about age restrictions. That’s on me—I had no issue being told to leave. What is completely unacceptable is how this employee handled it. Nice enough even though it was clear they did not have enough employees, our key cards got canceled out many times which was annoying, sometimes the shower water was not hot enough, bathroom door doesn't close all the way or lock at all. Breakfast was good, interesting items, lots of 'healthy' choices. Loud from people, pets and freeway noise at all hours, road design in area was confusing its near stores and restaurants but they are not that easy to get to.
