Nice enough even though it was clear they did not have enough employees, our key cards got canceled out many times which was annoying, sometimes the shower water was not hot enough, bathroom door doesn't close all the way or lock at all. Breakfast was good, interesting items, lots of 'healthy' choices. Loud from people, pets and freeway noise at all hours, road design in area was confusing its near stores and restaurants but they are not that easy to get to. Second time staying at this location. Based on location, it was the best option for my business trip. I did have a noise issue that had me complain to the management. I would wake up to what would sound like an alarm going off in one of the rooms. Come to find out after the 3 day that it was coming from the refrigerator. Except for that, I enjoyed the stays. However, all I did was get in, sleep, and get out. I did not utilize the gym nor any other amenities

Staff was good overall. The rooms were really nice but not cleaned very well. Hair in the sink and shower primarily. Breakfast was ok. Waffles if you like them and it seems.a.lot of folks do. Other food is the standard pre-made breakfast food you find at most hotels. It was hot and real plates and flatware enhance the experience. The pool was out of service for about a day and a half of our stay but they got it going and it was a nice salt water hot tub. Very enjoyable . No Diamond parking spots.
