I booked this hotel for a week while on a work trip but had to leave two nights earlier (stayed 4 instead of 6). That’s when things went downhill. I spoke with multiple managers (carrie, virginia) (wenesday) and even the owner, and on my last day (friday) they told me the unused nights would be reimbursed just have expedia call us as expedia was waiting for the okay from the hotel. Virginia at the Checkin counter was Wonderful! Made us feel very welcome immediately. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable and the shower was great (lots of power). Would definitely choose to stay at the Home2 again when we're travelling or visiting the Milton area again.
