Room layout was good but strange smell. The carpets needed vacuuming when I arrived. It appeared that housekeeping made the bed during my stay but did not change the sheets. I have stayed here twice and I have not been impressed either time. The room was loud from the 401
Accommodation was reasonable with a well equipped kitchen. Sadly let down by the poor breakfast with very limited hot food and quality not brilliant. The building is in a largely industrial area with few eateries nearby.

I booked this hotel for a week while on a work trip but had to leave two nights earlier (stayed 4 instead of 6). That’s when things went downhill. I spoke with multiple managers (carrie, virginia) (wenesday) and even the owner, and on my last day (friday) they told me the unused nights would be reimbursed just have expedia call us as expedia was waiting for the okay from the hotel.
