This was a less than pleasing experience. The electronic curtains were. Not only mislabeled, but one of the 3 sets did not even work at all. The bathtub had a slippery film on the bottom of it, the tub stopper was broken off and the water ran after being turned off. The dishwasher was not secured under the counter. The silverware did not match. There are marks all over the room. There were extra pillows but no extra blankets for the pull out bed. The salt and pepper, were in packets, in shakers. I had to take a moment to leave a review because the staff here was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the overall experience feel so comfortable. Miss Yolanda, along with the woman serving breakfast, was especially helpful, informative, and attentive. The hotel itself was very clean and well-kept.
