Not much to do in this area. Breakfast was subpar, just a couple of bananas and microwavable biscuits. Rooms were nice and clean
Very noisy. NOT disabled friendly. Has very heavy and narrow doors. Parking is horrible most nights. They have an employee only entrance making it very inconvenient for guest who have to park far. They have sprinklers on at 3am hitting your window. Cleaning is average. My restroom looked dirty in key areas such as toilet and shower. Front desk was rude when I submitted my clean stay card. Someone's dog ran loose on the first floor barking. Amenities are okay but there is no stove top.
The room was like a small house with everything except a stove. Clean and cozy. Very nice service assistants.
Desk clerk didn't listen. Selected room 400 was not clean when we arrived after our selected arrival time. Downgraded us to smaller room. Refused to have housekeeping set up sofa bed. Made 3 separate requests for linens for the sofa bed. Pool was closed. Breakfast was extremely limited with minimal food out. Over all disappointed in quality of stay. Nicest person was security guard.
To be honest I did not have great expectations walking in but I was truly surprised at the quality of the rooms and amenities. I would definitely stay again. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from Poplar.
