Friendly staff, good location and clean.
I’ve stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks total in the past 3 months and every minute of it has been 5 stars. From the moment you walk in the front door you’re greeted with kindness and willingness to help and make sure your stay is an enjoyable stay. Room is always clean. Service is top notch. The staff here is amazing. Teon, Kevin, Tyler, Takema and many more. Every time I come to Memphis I will be staying here!
We recently stayed at this location for a few days. We have stayed here a few times in recent years, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. However, this time my wife and I can honestly say that in all our travels this location had the nicest, friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Tyler, Dallas, Bea, Erica ,Charlene, & Takema, were some of the staff members we met during our stay.
