The service depended on which staff was present during our stay in December 2024. Our first room had cockroaches! I was told there were no other rooms available, we were offered a percentage off a single night by the night staff (with hickies on her neck) while her girlfriend waited impatiently for me to leave the desk area. I couldn't find anywhere else within 25 miles or we would have left immediately. I made numerous attempts to contact management, customer service and even corporate to no avail. The hotel is so clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a convenient stay. The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is near a safe and beautiful shopping center which is so convenient.
Rooms very clean and the breakfast in the mornings is FABULOUS!! The staff is very friendly and the location is around everything. The only downside I had with staying here is the bed is SUPER hard and the pillows were way soft…almost making them flat. But it wasn’t a big deal and dealt with it for my stay.
