The front desk staff were wonderful to me when I had car trouble on a very hot day. They offered me water and helped me get the car taken car of. I am very grateful.

We had a Bad experience in this hotel.. it was mold in the showers, the pillows are too flat and one of the nights come out a cockroach in the room and the next day we had half of service in the room the housekeeper just set the beds, trash and towels but she didn’t vacuum the room and she left the cockroach on the floor

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and accommodating, but their compassion and generosity truly stood out during a very difficult and unexpected situation involving my daughter. The way the staff responded with such genuine concern, patience, and understanding meant more to me than they probably realize. Excellent staff very kind and patient and professional. The room had plates cups a dishwasher and large refrigerator for my items. Our breakfast was tasty and fresh. Parking is easy and it’s also easy to get back on the interstate from the hotel.
