This place is pet‑friendly and very clean. It was quiet throughout the night, and I was able to sleep comfortably without any noise.
I originally rated this hotel 4 stars because my stay was overall pleasant. The property was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations at the time. However, after my stay, I needed to call regarding a billing dispute. I spoke with the general manager Marian who happened to take my call, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳I only gave one star because there is not a zero star option. On night one we went to check in around 4pm. And the room wasn’t ready so we had to wait in the lobby for that. Mind you, check in time on the reservations is 3pm. That’s not even a big deal to me so I wouldn’t ever give a bad review for that. Night one we didn’t spend much time in the room. But it seemed ok.
