I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience afterward. I accidentally left behind my toiletry bag, which included a recently purchased $300 perfume, contact lenses and medications. While I wasn’t too concerned about most of the items, that perfume and medication was important to me. Clean and spacious room, but there was no couch and no chair at the desk only a small stool and my bed . I asked the front desk about switching rooms and was told none were available, but it didn’t seem like they checked the system at all. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expected a little better to be honest . Overall clean hotel, but the lack of seating made it inconvenient for my level of work and relaxation .

Booked online for the next day, included a special request, confirmed immediately. Heard back the next morning to make sure I was aware of the deposit and policies and was prepared. The rooms were awesome, service was great and the front desk girls were very kind. Everything was super clean.
