Why do hotels no longer have do not disturb signs in the room??? And why is breakfast never with real eggs anymore? That gelatinous yellow mix or frozen and rewarmed nightmares. Nice hotel though.
I would like to compliment and give recognition to excellent employees. My husband and I stayed at the Home2 in Maumee, Ohio the end of October through the beginning of November. The following employees made our stay very welcoming. Sean- front desk David- housekeeping Kenya- front desk!!! Heather- breakfast Chandui- breakfast Heather- front desk They are all deserving of praise The rooms are spacious and clean! Like a studio apartment. Full sized refrigerator and dishwasher!!!! I booked this hotel for one night as I was in town for work. The hotel must have been recently renovated because everything was beautiful and sparkling clean. I couldn't believe my double room came with a sofa, a kitchenette, a desk, AND a giant TV with lots of divider curtains to block noise and light as I needed. It felt very luxurious for the price. And of course breakfast included never hurt anyone. Thanks very much for a cozy night's stay!
DISAPPOINTING. It’s past 9 PM and construction noise next door on the 4th floor is still ongoing. I sent a message through the app and called the front desk, but received no response. I hope this noise ends soon. On top of that, my check-in was problematic. My payment wasn’t processed correctly, and my personal card was charged for a stay my business had already paid for, even after I provided the front desk employee with my direct-bill confirmation. She refused to process it correctly and still insisted I pay with my person... read more
Good and practical location. Nearby Kroger grocery store and just off the Turnpike. I wish there's small electric stove in room, but you have to ask for a stove top cooking. The pillows are quite flat and not so supportive, although better than last time when I stayed.
