You Won't find a Better place to stay. ONCE AGAIN!!! You can't beat the cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, and location. I'd recommend this to everyone looking for that feel at home stay! Absolutely the BEST!!!
I used to love staying here. The staff is awesome and breakfast is good. One of the girls that work in kitchen made my personal bowl of grits because they were running low. 😄. I had a issue with billing recently and was very disappointed in how the New Manager handled the issue. She was not understanding and blamed her staff for not being up to date with policy. Unfortunately I do not want to return here. It’s sad when the staff leaves a better impression than the manager. Shame on her!!
Nice place and it is new and fresh. However the hospitality people are.so rude and un friendly it is crazy. I thought that was part of their job to be friendly to the customer. Anytime I would ask a question I would get stared at like I had 3 heads and then they would role their eyes. The lady with he purple hair is the nicest one there. She is friendly and does her job well.
Home away from home on my bi monthly one night travel stays
The room was huge. It was honestly one of the nicer Hilton rooms I’ve seen in a while. The bathroom was also way bigger than expected. Breakfast was a little smaller than I was expecting. Still really good. Will definitely book here again next time I’m in town.
