First they charge you an extra $100 for deposit and don’t tell you. Then we get to our room drop everything off, go to dinner. We get back at 10 and realize tv does not work. We call they say all 4th floor is out. They won’t refund us because we used Expedia even though we paid hotel directly, so Expedia calls and said hotel told them they will give them a refund. They will give us $25 credit..ok we will deal with it. We have 5 of us so we go to take showers before our early leave on morning. No hot water. Ice cold. Call bac... read more
Husband here for a month for work. Great staff and amenities.
This hotel was in a good location. We were able to walk a bit and find delicious food. Marva at the front desk was the sweetest , kindest and most accommodating person ever! She was attentive, made sure we were taken care of the entire stay. William had a wonderful attitude, very helpful and just all around nice guy. The amenities were so helpful. We were there for a basketball tournament and we needed to do laundry and we were glad they had laundry on-site AND provided quarters! The room was nice and clean but was a little ... read more
