Alex was extremely helpful and very very kind. We arrived late due to a flight delay, and unfortunately our card didn’t go through because of a bank issue, which led to our room being canceled. When we arrived, there were no rooms available, but Alex handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. She clearly explained the situation and still went above and beyond to find a room for us later. She truly has a huge heart and made a stressful night so much easier.
