Isn’t the first time that I stay there I always loved everything but it’s last stay we forgot a plush stitch toy! In the room! I called a few hour after we checked out and they said they didn’t find anything! I waited days just in case that the housekeeping sent it by mistake to laundry with the blankets or something! And the staff didn’t find it! And we are sure that it were in the room! my experience was horrible. the sheets are dirty. stains on the carpet. shower has no water pressure. just disgusting
