To the faculty mangers of the Hilton hotels. I have stayed in a Hilton hotel in Livermore Pleasanton, San Diego. Each one has design problems for the handicap rooms and bathrooms. There are no bars in the bathroom by toilet or shower. Each time I almost fall while using the bathroom. I’m handicap and need help using the bathroom. Why is there no bars in the bathroom?
