Don't stay here!!! They'll charge you a pet fee even if you don't have a pet!! My cancer ridden mother had to stay here for one night with my brother and his partner There were absolutely no animals in sight and they charged her an extra $175 and refused to do anything to help her!! Hotel is good, new and everything clean. Staff is nice but breakfast could be better, and I’m saying this comparing to other home2 suites that I’ve stayed. No eggs and no yogurt for breakfast, for example. Update: they’ve added eggs the past two days. But options are still somehow limited.
The manager was non responsive to a major issue and health concern I experienced with the room. I have escalated because they should not put anyone in 334 until they have taken action. I will not add photos of what happened to me as I am still awaiting resolution. I had to escalate to corporate because the manager Shauna only responded with their cleanliness protocols of which something was missed causing me great discomfort.
