I had an amazing stay deducted one star for the front desk attendant Tee she was awful nasty attitude particularly when assisting African American customers which was rather odd seeing that she's black. I couldn't help but notice that she was extremely overzealous when assisting white customers. However, myself and other customers were frequently met with bugged-eyed eye rolls. Loved the hotel. Very clean and well maintained.Rooms are very large. I could charge my electric car overnight. Friendly staff was always there to help.
An outstanding hotel with exceptional service. The receptionist, Tee, is absolutely phenomenal, warm, highly professional, and incredibly efficient. She goes above and beyond to ensure families feel welcomed and cared for, handling every detail with remarkable skill and genuine kindness. An outstanding experience from start to finish!
