Great suites and front desk lady was exceptional
‼️Don't stay here!‼️!They'll charge you a pet fee even if you don't have a pet!! My cancer ridden mother had to stay here for one night with my brother and his partner, There were absolutely no animals in sight and they charged her an extra $175❗ and refused to do anything to help her!! This place should be ashamed of itself! And please don't bother responding with the fake messages Shawna the "general manager"of the hotel never even contacted my mother ‼️❗
The room is really nice! Not extravagant but nice and clean. It has everything I need for my stay. Highly recommend Home2 Suites!!
It's been a month and we've given the general manager in this hotel plenty of time to respond and do the right thing and they didn't. Please refer to my other review!!! Please do not stay here! And Shauna please do not bother responding with another fake Google response knowing you're not even going to look into it
