Clean and comfortable! The hotel is pet-friendly and even provides a designated area for walking your dog. No complaints at all—we slept very comfortably. Using the Hilton app made everything even better; check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall, a great stay!
my wife and i came to lexington for surgical proceredure,upon checking in the manager jumped on my wife about our two dogs,a yorkie and a westie,told my wife she would have to take the dogs to the hospital she could not proof the policy changes,later that night we were walking our pets and ran into three other couples walking there pets and they had know idea about any changes so why was my wife singled out,this is a mean with lady with no people skills,she demanded my wife tell her my medical conditions thats none of her co... read more
Good location. Clean rooms, very spacious. The Staff were very nice and helpful during our brief stay. Beds were very comfortable.
Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is no hot plate stove available and ice machine out of service … other than that PERFECT!
Nice spot for families. Good breakfast in the mornings! Rooms are good. Just make sure you check all linens. The pillows for the sofa bed had a couple dead bugs in the storage bag. Probably wasn’t used in a long time as this was a disabled suite. But overall the Hotel gets my approval!!!
