As a Hilton Diamond member I think it’s crucial to share my experience at ALL locations. Upon arrival I noticed the parking lot was very icy/snowy(not a big problem until next morning). As I checked in, the front desk agent was very friendly but failed to recognize me as Diamond member and just handed me a bottle of water and called me a member. Rooms were very spacious and welcoming. All dishes I needed and all appliances were in my room. There was a great restaurant next door called Double Dogs it was American food/ sports... read more
