It's very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is also friendly.
One of the most amazing experiences I have ever had in a hotel! 10/10 would recommend!!! Will stay here again every time we travel to Lewisville!

To start the front desk staff isn’t trained properly enough to be proficient in answering questions . Then , Gaven the Assistant manager is no better at fixing issues or defusing situations caused by this lack of training. My issues were not addressed or rectified. Then after driving 11 hours and just falling asleep I get an unknown knock from maintenance demanding to do a software update on my TV .
