I enjoy staying at this location better than others. The staff is helpful and the property is always clean. I only took away a star because I was promised one thing when I booked but when I checked in I was informed of something different. The associates doing reservations either need more training or need to be honest and upfront about accommodations. Overall I enjoyed my stay and my room was clean and cozy!
Honestly everything was great except the pool was out of service, as this was the main reason we booked this reservation at this particular hotel, aside from the hotel being very convenient. Overall 5/5.
FANTASTIC!!! I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life, but this place is fantastic And exceptionally clean and smells good you could see the staff. It doesn’t matter where they work. They are busy cleaning and wiping and I’ve just never seen anything like it. I mean, I’ve seen people clean. I booked 7 rooms back in December and specified I need 2 Queens in each room. The day before, I look at my Hilton's honors app and it had 5 of the rooms King. I called and talked to Gavin, who was extremely rude and said they do not have any more Queen available. He also explained to me that I was coming in for a tennis tournament and I am getting a military discount, which "is not allowed." It was their staff that let me book the room. He was just very rude.
