Not the best, especially for the price. Quoted one cost and the final billed amount was far higher. There was no paper towels inn our room and we had to go downstairs and request a roll, and it was the cheapest kind you could imagine. The grounds were not kept up, weeds every where, the grass was tall and a lot of yard bugs just outside the exits.The room air conditioner was very loud as well as the ice maker in the kitchenette, so much so, I had to get up at 1AM and shut it off, not to mention it only made 3 or 4 cubes at a... read more

It was such a refreshing stay, what made this visit spectacular was the franchise had technical difficulties with the technology going out and they had to use pen and paper! This was a high pressure situation for staff, and the Lady that held that responsibility,managed it very well under pressure, she had me checked in and I was so pleased with the room and amenities!

Such a beautiful place, very clean, organized. So incredibly happy with this Hotel. We had booked this hotel after a horrible experience with an Embassy Suites in Kansas City. It was so refreshing to be here after our prior experience. The outside area was so well maintained, the lobby smelled clean walking in. The staff was so friendly. I wish I had gotten names but am so impressed with how friendly everyone was. Breakfast was delicious and the staff kept everything clean and filled for guests. Dog & kid friendly , good breakfast. Quiet and modern. Though the pool was freezing cold, could definitely not go in the water with the baby.
