Very poor service. My room wasn’t ready at check‑in, and I ended up waiting more than three hours. It seemed like they only had one staff member working, which made the whole process frustrating.

The room, staff, and facility were excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service from the supervisor, Rhonda, was disappointing. There was a discrepancy between the amount I paid through the advance purchase government rate and the amount reflected on my checkout receipt, which showed a zero balance and included a sales tax exemption. decent...But compared to other Home 2 Suites It's somewhat modern but already showing its age. Carpet is really getting worn down. TVs are small and have no HDMI cable or any access to streaming apps. Or a cable guide. beds are ok but not as nice as most hilton properties...I know this thing gets a lot of traffic due to its proximity to the Fort...but that doesn't negate the fact that it needs freshened up... probably more frequently than your average hotel.
