Room service is not consistent. early July Now Aug 3. Room service has always been afraid of my dog & rarely attempts to clean the room, even though I have left messages that she is always crated and if you toss her 2 treats (on the counter) she will stop barking shortly (in English &Spanish). It doesn't help I have asked f/full service on Sundays b/c I work overnight shift and never know exactly when I will be sleeping in daytime. *Today we are having internet issues (since 5:24am that I know of) and they continue now.
The hotel was very nice when we walked in. Customer service was good. The room was pretty ok,the location was cool. The only thing my husband and I didn't like was paying for parking. If someone is patronizing a business I don't think it's right to charge them a fee for parking. But overall our stay was nice.
I was staying across the street at the Hampton Inn accidentally double booked at the this hotel. Stephanie wouldn’t let me out of the reservation and I forced me to pack my bags and come this wretched hotel. The room they put me in had stains on the floor and faced a garage wall. This must be how jail feels. Then Jose the manager confirmed that it’s the hotel policy to force people to stay here and experience the substandard conditions even if outside factors give reason for an exception.
