Excellent customer service
We reserved 2 rooms 4 days in advance. The day of the booking we received and email asking us to pick the rooms and time of arrival. We did that and when ww arrived the rooms were not ready. Ww had a photo-shot and we needed a place to change. The lady at the front desk offered the conference room for us to change!!!! And use the lobby bathrooms. Who does that! Ww request at least one room to change and she said nothing was available that’s why she offered the conference room or board room for us to change. Then she offered ... read more
