Incredible employees at this location. I thought that I'd left my laptop outside in the parking lot; the day shift worker at the counter stayed late and the day shift manager came back in after she'd left to review footage to verify what had happened. Hard to find service like this nowadays! Huge thank you to everyone at this location and I highly recommend the stay.
Muy limpios las recamaras, y muy ben servicio en la recepcin.
Stayed here a week and not once did room service come. I had to call to request it on the 3rd day. Glad to be leaving soon. Stayed at Best Western Plus for 2 WEEKS and got offered room service on the daily.
Jackie the front desk attendant gracefully supported my situation. I arrived to the hotel a few hours early because of a change in flights last minute. I will absolutely be coming back. This hotel is quite nice and the staff all around have been very nice. Thank you.
