Hotel very nice clean and convenient to restaurants and shops Breakfast was good Stacy who works the breakfast area was amazing !! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed They are lucky to have her plus Danielle at front desk was super helpful as well

Great place. My only issue is that I had to ask for toilet paper and go and get it and the body wash liquid was out. I assume that they are short staffed. In total I still give it a five star.

We’ve stayed here several times as it is convenient to SEU. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Stacy, the staff member who helps with the continental breakfast, goes above and beyond. She keeps everything in stock, cleaned up and does it all with a smile on her face. The rooms are clean and great for families. The price is a little high as we just paid the same amount for a room in a Hilton in downtown Miami (but I guess that only accommodated 4 vs 6). We already have reservations to come back this month.

Service was amazing 10 out of 10 would recommend Front desk lady Alma was a amazing help very approachable , very helpful

As I was checking in Alma was incredibly helpful and courteous. She got me into my room as fast as possible after a long day of travel all I wanted to do was get some rest thank you so much.
