Our group's recent stay at Home2 Suites was a great experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The variety of options available each morning was fantastic and the fact that it was not the same items offered each day made breakfast something to look forward to throughout our 10-day stay. Laurie the front desk agent is great!
The rooms were nice but smelled horrible after the first day. The pool wasn’t heated and there was no hot tub. Front desk lady was rude on multiple occasions. She was just not nice or polite to the guests. Additionally I saw 2 staff members vaping on the pool deck. The hotel wasn’t very clean there was rotten food in the stairwell with beer cans knocked over and puddles of beer on the landings, which wasn’t cleaned until about 20 hours later.. The rooms are clean and a little bit big but the front desk lady was very mean like very very mean there was no hot tub but it is not bad
