Chambre magnifique et très spacieuse
It was a home away from home. Everything was clean & stocked!! My favorite part was the peace of mind of sipping coffee downstairs, brainstorming & prepping plans for the day till the sunrise then it’s breakfast time lol From the morning staff to the overnight crew , everyone was always polite & respectful. My kids ALWAYS felt safe. During our 6week stay, not once we felt like guest. 10/10 all around the board. This place is great if you don’t mind sleeping on a concrete platform with terrible pillows and blanket that is about the thickness of a paper towel. The pull out bed was actually more comfortable than the regular mattresses. Stay here, but BYO…blanket, pillows and mattress topper
I checked in hoping for a comfortable stay, but it didn't quite meet expectations. The room felt a bit worn down, and I noticed a few things that hadn't been cleaned thoroughly before I arrived. Even though the staff tried to be helpful, the overall noise level from the hallway made it really difficult to get a good night of sleep. It was just an underwhelming experience, especially given the price and brand.
I frequently stay at the Home2Suites in Lake Charles and Mr. Rodney’s level of customer service is always top notch. I’d recommend you stay here and hopefully get to experience Rodney’s positive attitude.
