We arrived at Home2 Suites around 11:45 PM after a horrible experience at the Wyndham on Lake St, feeling frustrated and exhausted. Felicia at the front desk was an absolute breath of fresh air. She took the time to personally show us the available rooms, which immediately calmed our nerves and helped us feel confident in our decision to stay. Great customer service
Very nice staff. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was served earlier than most places which was great because we are early risers and like to get on the road (6am).
