Hello, I stayed at home2suites in LaGrange this past weekend with my family. What originally seemed would be a very pleasant hotel stay, turned out not to be as expected. Let me start off by saying everyone in the staff we encountered was very helpful, however that does not excuse our experience. The hotel only cleans rooms every two nights which is fine, and we had a 3 night stay. Coach need to be replaced in 108, blind in windows broken and USB does not work beside bed. Multiple bulbs burned out.

Great place to stay in, fantastic room
When we walked into the hotel, the front desk agent was not there. We had to wait about 30 minutes until someone could check us in. However, she did give us water and she was really nice. This is apparently a dog friendly hotel. The luggage carts had dog hair all over them, which is kind of gross. I just put a towel down before I put my bags on the cart.
