I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. We had a reservation at Home2 Suites by Hilton LaGrange for Easter weekend to visit my husband’s 84-year-old aunt. Just two days before check-in, we were informed that she tested positive for COVID-19. Out of concern for her health and the safety of our household—including a child still in school and working family members—we made the responsible decision not to travel. I had a great experience here. My family and I spent the weekend to visit Great Wolf Lodge. Mrs. Toni was so nice and made my family and I feel so welcomed. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely use this hotel for any future trips.
From our arrival through our checkout, this property did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, it wowed us multiple times! The greatest strength was definitely the people that made us feel like we were their house guests, and saw to our comfort at every turn. Jenny started us off on the right foot. Actually, the hotel booking system was down when we arrived. (I almost forgot about that, Jenny was so great getting us a room as soon as it could be done.)
