I had a pleasant stay thanks to the third shift lady Grace. She made sure I was taken care of. I felt like I was bothering her but she assured me that it was her pleasure.
Room didn't get cleaned. Was told by lady at front desk, rooms get cleaned every other day??? Lady at front desk said she apologize and she'll get whatever is needed for the room....... Lady at front desk said Nicole Jones is the manager, and i can contact her in 2 days if any complaints. Wow....would of been nice to have our room cleaned....or offer for discount......
Hotel is easy to access from I-85 and is next door to Great Wolf Lodge and a Waffle House. Hotel is well maintained with lots of areas to sit outside and inside. Our room was clean and very nice. Great sleeping mattress. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
