Stayed at this hotel due to great wolf lodge across the street giving us a room that smelled like mold/mildew. Made myself have a headache and have allergies couldn’t breathe. They claimed they had no other rooms. Which led us to here. The front desk was beyond accommodating. Walking in it was very clean, quiet and smelled great! We checked into our room and I cannot put into words how wonderful the room was! The rooms are nice, but have rather thin walls. I needed the TV on at night to not hear the people above and to the sides. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired too.
I had a pleasant stay thanks to the third shift lady Grace. She made sure I was taken care of. I felt like I was bothering her but she assured me that it was her pleasure.
Room didn't get cleaned. Was told by lady at front desk, rooms get cleaned every other day??? Lady at front desk said she apologize and she'll get whatever is needed for the room....... Lady at front desk said Nicole Jones is the manager, and i can contact her in 2 days if any complaints. Wow....would of been nice to have our room cleaned....or offer for discount......
