I had a great experience here. My family and I spent the weekend to visit Great Wolf Lodge. Mrs. Toni was so nice and made my family and I feel so welcomed. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely use this hotel for any future trips.
From our arrival through our checkout, this property did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, it wowed us multiple times! The greatest strength was definitely the people that made us feel like we were their house guests, and saw to our comfort at every turn. Jenny started us off on the right foot. Actually, the hotel booking system was down when we arrived. (I almost forgot about that, Jenny was so great getting us a room as soon as it could be done.) There is a guy by the name Jeff who followed my husband to our room and proceeded to listen at the door that had my kids inside. I walked out the room to go to our car which I passed him in the hall heading to the elevators i turned around and seen him stop by our room door. Once he heard my husband approaching the door he ran to the stairway so my husband couldnt see him at our room door We also witnessed him tell another African American male that they don't rent rooms to locals which (we were locals).
