The Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay and Crooked River State Park are less than 20 minutes away. We offer free breakfast and WiFi, and meeting space. We stayed here for the first time last week on our way to Florida and we had freezing cold shower water. I called the front desk and was told that I needed to let it run for 15 minutes. I informed them my spouse had already taken a shower and the water was still freezing. They offered me the equivalent of $15 in HH Honors points. I’m seeing a rate of $123 a night on my Hilton honors account, the system is glitching so I am not able to book via the app. When I call in they say they can help me book, but they “can’t give me that rate”. I need a manager to contact me. This has been two days trying to reserve this room and I can not seem to do it. I prefer staying with home 2 line of hotel because it’s always been clean when traveling, but this is ridiculous…. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel! Everything felt brand new, from the modern finishes to the spotless cleanliness in every corner. The rooms are incredibly spacious, much larger than what you typically find. Every detail was well thought out, and the atmosphere was both fresh and welcoming. An absolute pleasure to stay here, and 100% recommend this hotel! They were also very kind and sweet with our Golden Retriever.
