This was an amazing stay. The rooms and common area were immaculate. Special thanks to hospitality staff members wanna she was so friendly and always went out of her war to accommodate our small kids. We will definitely use Hilton in the future.
Pet policy is ridiculous
This is an great place to stay. Rhoidy, Tabitha and Mia couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was tasty with many options to choose from. The entire decor was clean and welcoming and the beds were very comfortable. Highly Recommended!
I have not been here more than 2 hrs and I’m writing this review because this is absolutely the NICEST, CLEANEST, BEST SERVICE Hilton we have stayed at and we have stayed at A LOT. The front desk person was so sweet, the linens are clean and plentiful and we are so impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. This will absolutely be our go to stop on FL trips!!
We stayed here for the first time last week on our way to Florida and we had freezing cold shower water. I called the front desk and was told that I needed to let it run for 15 minutes. I informed them my spouse had already taken a shower and the water was still freezing. They offered me the equivalent of $15 in HH Honors points. So my kids and I had to take cold showers hoping the water would eventually warm up, and it never did.
