Great front desk service. Clean room. Wonderful breakfast.
Maybe 3 stars people were nice is all I can really say, this is what $129, ( $190 after all the fees) gets you. 1. A room that smells like musky feet. 2. a bed that the sheets had not been changed (hair everywhere that wasn’t mine) 3. A TV that doesn’t work 4 a breakfast that’s available from 6am to 9am, wait it wasn’t ready until 7am but was informed otherwise. Hilton, how on earth have you not figured this out? Pocket doors do not work for bathrooms. Period. Either stop using them, or put a lock on them so they actually stay closed. I’m in a so-called “one-bedroom suite” with two bathroom doors - one from the living room, one from the bedroom. Both are pocket doors. Neither stays shut. You slide them closed, and they just creep right back open like something out of a bad horror movie. Congratulations - you’ve engineered a bathroom with zero privacy. They gave someone the key to my room and a man entered in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. I emailed the hotel manager AND Hilton customer service and got no response. They don’t care about your safety and it’s a bad idea to stay at this hotel.
