I had a great experience at this home2 suites, it seems they are new because both the facility and the rooms were very clean and modern. I only spent one night but staff were super friendly although they forgot to recognize my status or to give me the welcome gift as a Hilton Honor but I forgive them, we had a good conversation lol. Location was great, right in downtown. Unfortunately not much going on around, at least the day we went the city was dead. Best room for longer stays. Full size refrigerator and microwave. Beds are comfortable. Our room was clean and neat. he entire facility is clean and the staff is friendly at all hours.
I don't know where to start. Room was booked with a group but paying separately and I'm a Diamond member. The Assistant Manager (as listed on the name tag) said my Honors number was added but may not receive points. I understand at times that may happen, however my Honors number never was attached. I noticed this by logging into the app and my stay wasn't showing.
