Stayed here for a night on 3/29/25. Check in was great. Room was ok. We did not have heat in our room and the dishes were dirty. We pulled extra blanket and pillows out to put on the pull out sofa, there were blood stains on the pillow case.you could tell it was a fresh stain. Went to get a new pillow from the front desk, he stated it would be a few minutes as he was unsure if they had extra pillows. Went to the bar and waited. Downtown! Good location. Hotel was nice. Attached parking garage with skyway makes it easy. Confusing with the attached property
Great rooms i stay at alot of hotels for work and this is one of thr better ones in this price. Parking is kinda a hassle but its downtown and the breakfast is very small and not worth it the coffe was good and the juice, but no yogurt or much healthy
Great staff and comfortable
The hotel was in a good location, the room was beautiful and well appointed, but the shining stars, the reason why I’d want to come back is because of Joshua at the front desk and Bree the bartender. Joshua handled St Patrick’s day shenanigans like a champion and through it all was kind, conscientious and all around the coolest guy.
