Worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. Had pre-checked in and had my key loaded on my phone. Pulled up and couldn't figure out where to park (zero signage on a parking structure across the street). Key on my phone wouldn't let me into the lobby so I could ask where to park while my guest waited in the car. Hit the call/intercom button to try to be let in by the front desk...no one was working there. I’m not sure how this place made it to 4 stars. I’ve stayed at Motels better than this place. First, when I opened the door to my room 242 to be exact! It reeked of cat urine couldn’t even cover it with the Lysol I had with me. Good thing I bring my own cleaning supplies. I had to wipe down everything, especially the desk that had coffee stains all over it. There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. Not many other options but my bathroom wasnt cleaned before my stay and the company option is to move rooms. Not really any where else to stay unless you wanna spend 200 a night.

Absolutely unsanitary and a health concern. When we walked into our room at Home2Suites, we were hit with a strong mold or rotting meat smell. My feet got covered in dark ooze coming from the carpet. I had to put on my shoes to avoid touching the floor again, and as you can see in the photos, after this substance touched my shoes, they started growing mold.
