The customer service wasn't great in my opinion. The front desk was rude when we checked in and rude when we checked out. We had a sofa bed and they said make sure you look everywhere before calling us for sheets because we are busy. The lady that checked us out, Jennifer, was equally as rude as the check in person.
Great place to stay if you ever passing my Joplin
I really enjoyed our stay here. The first night there was only one lady working. But she did an excellent job in taking care of us. We usually stay here when we come to town to visit family. Quiet hotel, and the breakfast area had plenty of options for kids. We come here often and this place is one of the cleanest. We will definitely be staying here again.
