All staff are amazing. Rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities. Decent free breakfast but could have been a bit better on the options. Great location, but getting across Red Wolf Blvd can be tricky at certain times of the day.
When we booked this room a couple months back, the front desk was less than helpful. They couldn't answer my question and left me on the line (not on hold at all), and I heard everything they were saying. We asked for a tub setup due to our children, and they assured me that they would have one. That didn't happen. It seemed that no one knew what to do, and couldn't assist. Room was a great size! This hotel was worth every penny. From the cleanliness and quality of the room to the outside esthetic of this place was just amazing. The breakfast was good and its right in the middle of everything that you'd need for a bite to eat or entertainment for the day!would stay again!
To zdecydowanie najbardziej przyjazny i gościnny obiekt, na jaki trafiliśmy podczas naszego kilkutygodniowego road-tripu. Hotel jest nowy, pokoje są zadbane i czyste, a śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone. W holu oprócz standardowych napojów można napić się lokalnej herbaty - wyjątkowo słodkiej!
