Great customer service and attention!
Rooms super clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. We checked in late last night. Process was fast and easy. We were greeted with a message on tv when we got to the room and then a text message asking how our stay was and if we needed anything. Upon checkout, everyone we passed was very friendly and happy. It was a very good experience overall!
5 stars except for our room was directly above the lobby, the first night no issues , the second night until after 3AM all we heard were people talking and things banging around. Very tough to sleep. Just don’t get that room!
Hotel opened up several months ago. Everything brand new and nicely maintained. Excellent water pressure and nice hot shower. My only comment /and it’s more of a concern , the room I was in the shower leaks somewhere in the middle of the standup shower. I was in room 422. Don’t know if it’s isolated or the same in all rooms. Hate to see that several months or years from now.
