Lots of nearby places to eat but in the parking lot of a ran down mall. Rooms were nice and basic. Service would have been 4 stars but I checked out a day early and told them in advance and they failed to change my reservation.
We stayed at 9 different hotels on our road trip…. This hotel was by far the BEST of all. Even better than ones that cost 3x more than it!! You will not be disappointed!! It is clean and the desk staff sooo nice. I can’t remember his name but the day shift desk guy is unbelievably nice!! Easy access to the train to get into Chicago! My husband likes to stay here because finding parking is a breeze at the train station!
I hadn't seen my mom in a long time due to the distance between us, she stayed here for a week...I couldn't be happier with the cleanliness and the staff. It was her stay, she was more than satisfied, but as her daughter im so happy with her choice of hotels.
We were blown away with how nice this experience was for the price. The staff truly made it feel like a 5 star hotel. My wife and I were driving through the Joliet area and were needing a place to stay with our baby. My wife called the hotel when we were about 2 hours out and the young lady who answered the phone (I wish we remembered her name) was very pleasant and helpful.
