We were blown away with how nice this experience was for the price. The staff truly made it feel like a 5 star hotel. My wife and I were driving through the Joliet area and were needing a place to stay with our baby. My wife called the hotel when we were about 2 hours out and the young lady who answered the phone (I wish we remembered her name) was very pleasant and helpful. I was overcharged for my stay, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, neither the hotel staff nor corporate was willing to correct the overcharge or refund the difference. The lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would caution others to double-check their billing and be prepared for unresponsive support if something goes wrong.
Very helpful and accommodating staff. The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night. The next time I'm back in this area, I'll be staying here again.
