Great location if you like to be in the middle of everything ..stores,beach,food and bicycle trails. I hated room bathroom sliding doors and the bed pillows
EDIT: To the manager or marketing manager at the Home2 Suites on Jekyll Island. First, he never officially cancelled his reservation when he called. He was checking to see what would happen if he needed to cancel. Someone from your end cancelled it on their own. After he looked at his reservation and received the notice of the cancellation, he called corporate and was told that it's up to each individual location. Guess what? The Hilton at his final destination had the same policy as yours but they were willing to make an ex... read more
We called on our was down from a 6 hour drive that our room would be ready by 3. When we get here to check in we are having to wait 45 minutes. And not just us there is a lobby full of people. We are exhausted and would like to check in and get something to eat and rest. Update: we waited over an hour.
