Don’t stay at this hotel. Messy. Rude. Loud. Front desk doesn’t care about you or your needs. I had to call the police to file a noise ordinance.

After my friends, left a review and complained about the service they received. Corporate then reached out & said, being that a bad review was already left they no longer cared! Please stay away from this hotel if possible! They don’t care about anything and the hotel rooms show it!
URINE…Pee… found in bed. DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE HILTON NAME. I flew into JAX to attend the funeral of my friend’s mother. My friend made reservations for all out-of-town guests. My roommate arrived earlier in the day. My fight did not land until 11:00 pm Friday night. When I got to the room around 11:45 pm, she was already asleep.
