This Home2 was my best experience. The daytime front desk associate (Kerri) was extremely helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my room. She was very prompt to accommodate me. Thank you Kerri. The evening front desk associate (Beja) was also friendly and professional. She checked me in quickly and with a smile. Thank you Beja. The maintenance person (Tom) was polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Tom. I will be visiting you guys again as soon as I'm back in the area.
Good: The staff is very nice and welcoming. Bad: The hall floors were very dirty and didn't appear to be vacuumed recently, at least thoroughly. The bathroom was clean, which is always a plus. The room itself had some housekeeping issues. There was a really bad stench near the bed. I finally figured out that it was a pillow that literally smelled like something decaying. There is absolutely no way that housekeeper wouldn't have noticed it while changing the pillow case (assuming it was actually changed). Also, there was a hu... read more
