Very clean hotel and the staff was 10/10!
This hotel is great. Front desk staff was so helpful, especially Tricia. Rooms are big...love having a full size refrigerator. Came with a Hockey group and the hotel was so welcoming and a great central location for multiple rinks! Grilled out by the pool one night and the front desk had all the grilling utensils we needed!
We had a fantastic stay, rooms were clean, well equipped for our needs, breakfast was very nice, the all day coffee, tea and hot chocolate went down well too! It was a great location for the children and I to explore Dallas from whilst my husband was working. The outdoor pool was something we used daily and a fantastic bonus! An extra special shout out to Kayla on the front desk, she brightened our mornings! I hope your second hat attempt fit!
Kayla was absolutely amazing! The hotel was super clean and everyone was amazing but honestly I know Kayla's name because of how sweet she is and honestly she needs the biggest raise EVER! Thank you for making me feel at home away from my home!
