Front desk was super friendly and exceptionally helpful in getting our room situation worked out and checked in- these ladies went out of their way to make our two rooms just what we needed. Hotel is clean, convenient and rooms are very well appointed. Thank you so much to Tanisha, Trisha and Sarah for their super sweet customer service!
Jeff the GM knows his stuff. Friendly, great sense of humor, inviting and intuitive. Mr Gideon will tell you everything you want to know and more. Ms Tricia works hard and loves her guests. Truly they all seem to. We got kinda stuck in DFW but felt more than welcome.
I was unexpectedly delayed at DFW and chose this hotel based on its location. They offer a custom shuttle service and the driver, Tanisha C, was friendly helpful and informative. The room was great as well but it was Tanisha who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
This is my fave place to stay in Dallas. Paul (the shuttle driver) was so accommodating! Jeff (Front Desk) is exactly the warm and friendly person you want greeting you when you walk in! The layout of the rooms are so accommodating for the workweek with plenty of space. The breakfast is always on point. Mostly, I love the vibe!
