I would give Amber at the front desk 6 stars if I could :) Clean, bright room and amazing staff.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. My room had black mold, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the laundry facility malfunctioned—flooding the area and damaging my clothing. When I brought these issues to the front desk, the response was limited to a brief apology with no real effort to resolve the situation. Customer service was equally frustrating. Check in is always very quick & pleasant. I travel for work & am looking to unwind a bit when I’m in town. A clean property/room, located near I80 & the excellent recommendations for nearby food & drinks by Matt & the overall experience is why I’ll continue to book my stays here.
