This was our first time to Huntsville. Check in was at 4 p.m. which is later than the 3 p.m. with other hotels. The receptionist was very helpful and our check in was smooth. We had a good first impression. The hotel is on the outskirts of the route to downtown Huntsville. The area is still being developed. There is a plaza 2 minutes away with a Walmart, Independent Grocer, Dollar Tree, etc. The room we had was nice with a view overlooking the parking lot and Wendy's. An " employee" entered our room at 2:34AM !!!!!!! My family and I were in a dead sleep , when I thought I heard a the keypad at our door . For half a second I thought it must be another room. Nope our door was starting to open but caught by the catch lock as I'm SCREAMING at the top of my lungs "GET OUT" to protect my family . At this point both our kids our crying in fear that a stranger is trying to enter our room. My husband and I then proceed to the door , check the eye hole . No one there .
