I was so happy to stay at this hotel for 5 days. Everyone was kind, very professional in the lobby including Shelby & Ms. Pappion! One night they had complimentary cookies & they were amazing yum! This place is clean, and has no odors or staleness of any kind. In our room I was impressed they had full bottles of chemical free shampoo, conditioner & lotion & plenty towels, etc. They serve breakfast and stop early at 9am. This was a last minute trip to go & be with a family member due to medical. The location & the b'fast was the highlights of the stay. We checked in after 3p on 9/20/25. The lobby floor had water spots the entire stay. The furniture in the rooms & lobby area was filthy. The team members were lukewarm. The only reason I would stay at this location again is because it's less than 5 mins away from my love one.

Would give a zero star if I could. The rooms smell like mildew. The couches are old, torn, stained, and dirty. The sheets have holes in them. The showers are dirty. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website like I was. These rooms are horrible. The front desk staff was dismissive and not very friendly. I am a Hilton honors member and had pre-selected my room before arriving to the hotel, just to be given a random room because they didn’t have the room I selected cleaned or available. Clean, super quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast bar was average, but aren't they all these days? The front desk staff were quick and professional. Really, the only negative is that one of their lobby couches needed to be replaced. The cushion looked like an animal scratched the whole seat cushion.
