Staff at breakfast unfriendly and not helpful. Rooms are not well kept and the A/C wasn't working in our first room. Elevators sounded like they were going to break everytime we used them. The pool and hot tub were filled in with concrete. Overall the hotel is aging and they are not keeping up with the maintenance.
Service was awesome. Destiny was a great help
First time at this property. Clean. Good service. Special mention for Destiny and Johnny. They both have been providing excellent service and are very customer focus.
