There are bugs and cockroach in the room, very disgusting! And no body cleans the room during a-week stay. Not come back this hotel.
Upon checkin, the staff put us in a room that was already occupied. The person occupying the room was not there when we walked in to discover dirty dishes in the sink, towel on the ground, trash in the trash can that I wish I did not see (gross female hygene stuff), etc. When we went back downstairs to swap rooms there was a line and we were not treated as a priority.
