Do NOT STAY here.. The rooms smell old and musty and like mildew. The pillows are hard as a rock... omg this is the worst....Hilton needs to do better... Usually I like the Hiltons we stay at.. So glad we only had to stay here 1 night. I should have read the reviews.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY: I stayed at Home 2 Suites Webster on June 2, 2025 to June 7, 2025. They took a deposit of $25 dollars and I was told that I will receive my deposit back after checking out. Before I leaved the hotel, I cleaned my room and I left it as I found it. At my time there, I didn’t order any special room service. Front desk girl Karina made check in a breeze and took care of some issues we had with our reservation quickly. Nice hotel, good breakfast and WiFi.
I was put in a room with a strong musty smell. I asked the next day to be moved but they were completely booked and said that they would have someone come take a look at the room instead. There was no follow up and no change in smell of the room. Other than the smell, the room was clean.
