This hotel and location surprised me. Nice specious rooms which includes refrigerator, microwave and dishes. They have an outdoor pool, workout room, and laundry. The rooms were pretty clean, however, I am allergic to dogs & cats and was in a room that appears to have been occupied by one or the other. I had to have room re-cleaned. If you're on a lower floor you can her thise above you.But that's only if they're jumping or knocking. But I would return again. Great value.

Multiple vehicle's were broken into during my two week stay. My truck was parked near the front door and was broken into. Weird thing is everyone that had their vehicle broken into had an employee parked near by.

Stayed here for Labor Day weekend. Very quiet and peaceful experience. Convenient to highway and shopping. Comfortable bed, great hot shower with good pressure. Will stay here again on my next trip to Houston

I checked in late afternoon at the Pearland location on August 26, 2025 in room 213. when I was ready for bed, I laid in the bed and it smelled like pee. Very strong horrible smell. I immediately got up and lifted the sheets and it was a large pee stain on the bed and the sheets, mattress covers also smelled like pee.
