This is now TWICE I have had unacceptable customer service from this hotel. I passed off the first one as a misunderstanding, but now I realize they really just couldn't care less. This most recent one I called the hotel about a travel delay, but they cancelled the room anyway, charged me for the room, and would not give me the room that I payed for when, after a series of exhausting travel delays - it isn't that they don't have availability, it's that they have a "policy". My fault for excusing them the first time.
I did a stay here during the holidays and it was a nice place. I was confused when I booked, because I saw two hotels at the same address, but it is literally one wing is one hotel, and the other one is the second hotel. They have their own elevators in the lobby. The rooms were nice and clean, and there can be great views of Herman Park if you look out the windows in the hallways. The outdoor areas are nice. If you are looking for decent accommodations in the Houston Medical Center area…Hilton Home 2 Suites is the way to go. Staff is amazing, breakfast is off the chain delicious, super clean and the beds are nice & comfy! I’d highly recommend the “Suite” side of the Hotel.
