We stayed Mon–Thur while my spouse received cancer treatment at MD Anderson. The kitchen suite was helpful, but staff lacked warmth—especially at the front desk and with housekeeping. We requested a simple bedding change midweek and were told no until we escalated. Only the shuttle drivers and bar staff showed genuine care. Mini mart and restaurant are overpriced. If you’re supporting a loved one through treatment, this hotel may not meet your needs. Poor customer service overall.
It's was ok but the service wasn't the normal Hilton service I was was used to.
Excellent service. Clean rooms. Perfect location.
