Stayed 2 nights with my family with a young kid. There were many groups of people gathering and partying late at night in the lobby and right next to our rooms during our first night of stay. We could barely sleep for a second before 4 AM. We contacted the front desk but the problem was not solved until very late. We changed our room for the second day and it was much better. The first night was the worst hotel experience of my life.
20 for SURE! Traveled to the area for medical treatment. This place was VERY CONVENIENT, SAFE, CLEAN and as comfortable as possible. Prior to our trip I was researching the area and looking for places to stay. I was so nervous because MANY other hotels that were closer to the NRG had horrible reviews. Several reviews stated a lot of cars were broken into on multiple dates. After arriving in the area, I drove past the NRG area hotels and can definitely see why. Didn't enjoy my stay at all. I arrived to the hotel and was given a room that was in a complete dissray with a blower sitting in the middle of the floor and the bed off of the wall pillows to the side. Upon calling and letting the front desk know what I walked into I was given another room three floors down which took even longer for me to prepare to the engagement that I had. Got to the second room and the cable did not work I called down to the front desk that night and was told that I would have to wait until the morning ... read more
