Extremely unsatisfied. I booked 2 connecting rooms. The hotel did not send me the digital keys to either room. Upon checking in, the hotel sent me the digital key to my partner’s room but not mine. I had to go to the front desk and get a physical key to my room. After going back and forth from my room to the front desk, the front desk employee decided to give me a key to a completely different room. Location is perfect for Medical Center patients. Rooms are large, breakfast is tasty. The staff is very friendly.
Excellent hotel, very clean, breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Dinner (from what I had) was very delicious. Very much on the pricey side. My only gripe is that housekeeping does not come to the room daily . They never came to clean the room etc. we had to ask for fresh towels repeatedly and place trash outside the room for it to be cleaned and picked up.
Room was okay. Mostly clean. Restaurant and bar are fantastic.
Great location, rooms are clean and well taken care of, free breakfast in the morning which is always a plus! Overall a great experience for a good price
