My first time here, and four days in, I can honestly say it has been an absolute delight! The hotel is super clean and the level of service has truly stood out. Maria in food service is exceptional, attentive, friendly, and consistently going above and beyond. Jazlin made a lasting first impression as the very first person to greet us, professional, welcoming, and full of positive energy. My family and I spent two nights here last week during the end of our spring break vacation. The front staff is absolutely amazing, and so kind. It happened to be my daughter‘s birthday on one of the days and a woman at the front desk even went out of her way to give my daughter a birthday basket. The rooms were super clean, the gym in the pool were great, and the hotel was super family, friendly. The breakfast was awesome! Our room was clean and ac worked great. Bathroom was clean and good hot water. Forgotbpictures of bathroom. The bathroom did have hair dryer , hansoap, lotion, tissues, shampoo and conditioner. Which made it convenient to not have to pack as much. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well . Hotel was recently updated and looked clean and new. Would stay again. Only stayed one night so we didn't get to use pool or check out other amenities. Plus it was rainy and cloudy. Good location several r... read more
