Great experience in the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a much better experience than our stay in Byron Center the week prior. The Byron Center location treated us like second class citizens and our experience was bizarre.
The room and facilities were great, and I had a comfortable stay. However, there was an issue with the transaction after my early checkout. I prepaid for 9 nights but checked out after 7 nights. I was told the unused 2 nights would be refunded, but instead I see a pending charge of $161.39, along with a $50.00 deposit. Everything else was good, but the billing and refund process needs improvement.
I booked a King Suite (one king bed) and was happy with the room- especially the housekeeping. They cleaned and restocked essentials every other day as long as you don’t leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. One downside: I didn’t see a kitchen cooktop (maybe I missed it), and the room felt a bit smaller than I expected. Not a dealbreaker.
