Great experience. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, not a lot of age showing. We got one of the one bedroom suites at a reasonable price. It was well worth it considering we have two young kids. Continental breakfast was decent and the coffee and water station in the lobby are always ready. ALSO - they have complimentary USA Today newspapers. IYKYK. Two small dings. The a/c heat units in the rooms are pretty loud when they run. Great experience in the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a much better experience than our stay in Byron Center the week prior. The Byron Center location treated us like second class citizens and our experience was bizarre.
