Amazing team led by exemplary management.
My fiancé accidentally left a set of keys when he checked out… I was told that if we got a shipping label and emailed it over then they would mail them back to us on Monday (Sept 19th)… Today is Sept 27th and the keys have not even been put in the mail to come back to us… Employees didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer any assistance… we have a set of car keys on the keys left and they are the only set to one of our vehicles, so we haven’t been about to use our car for 2 weeks now… If you’re going to stay at this location the... read more
The place appeared well equipped at first but we quickly found out otherwise. We had an extended stay coming and wanted to be comfortable. The room was fine with plenty of space for my dogs. However, there was no hot plate or anything to cook on except a microwave. The pool was closed for inspection our entire length of stay which was more than 2 weeks. There was no tv or wifi due to an outage which of course was not their fault. But they did have tv in the lobby. They could have made popcorn and invited us down but I digres... read more
Jeremiah and his team has the best hotel around! Clean and courteous service. You won’t be disappointed.
Absolutely horrible. COLD WATER THEY TOLD US IT WAS FIXED MULTIPLE TIMES! We’ve tried to reach out to the manager because the front desk couldn’t help us and he hasn’t responded. Don’t stay here. Beautiful property but they have won’t respond to a request when you stay there for 4 days.
