Everyone in that building needs to be trained properly. The customer service was not there no one knew what they were doing housekeeping was not on their job and as much as I paid a night I expected my room and sheets to look a certain way.

Great hospitality. Had a business trip and our company had to check out a night early. Home2 Suites gave us a refund on all 4 rooms even though we were past the checkout deadline!

Family of 1 adult and 4 children traveling from Pennsylvania. We booked at a DIFFERENT hotel in the area. And it was awful. I was in tears when I called around to find another place. Thankfully, the customer service at Hilton Home2 got us into this hotel ASAP. They even accommodated an emergency early check in. The service was excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean common areas, decent breakfast. Great amenities like pool and gym. We had to change rooms 2 times due to faulty bathroom doors. The pool was out of order due to a lack of an inspection clearance. The manager, Mrs. Jackson, who was exceptionally helpful, did all she could to make our stay pleasant.

My experience at this hotel was extremely poor. However, I will start with the positive the staff was very friendly with our interactions which was nice sadly there is only so many times you can say sorry about the problems a person experience vefore your just fed up with you experience and stay. Now moving to everything else the entrance is nice enough but all the carts we tried using to carry our luggage the tires were messed up and hardly worth helping facilitate ease of taking luggage to your room, there is coffee that i... read more
