Home2 Suites was the perfect location for this weekend. Three speakers from various places of SC met here overnight and in the morning before a workshop where we were presenting. Two of us shared a room. There was plenty if space and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect before we headed out for a busy day. I personally appreciated a dedicated smoking area. Staff was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. I will stay here again if I have a need for business in Hilton Head.

Sept 2025 - nice location. Room was clean. Bed & pillows too soft for my preference. Our room had a broken window blind so we could only use the black-out shade. The AC in our room didn't seem to have a good regulator (set at 74), bc at times it was way too cold and sometimes not cool enough. I appreciated the dehumidifier attached to the AC unit, but it ran continuously causing a "green noise" all night. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect.

Rooms were great- comfortable, very clean. Small lobby. Breakfast was simple, items such as milk for the cereals were missing. The ladies at the service desk were OK- could be more helpful, the guy was not friendly at all.

Review for Home2 Suites Hilton Head Upon entering the property, on September 20th, I immediately noticed a foul smell in the lobby, which turned out to be a young lady mopping with dirty mop water. At the same time, the front desk clerk was leaning her full body across the counter and made no effort to acknowledge me as I approached. Staff was very rude upon check in and it was a huge hassle. Smelled really funny in the lobby and that should have been my first clue to just say forget it. Got to the room and there is literally dog piss on the floor by the refrigerator. The whole room smells like dog pee. Asked the front desk to clean it and they said “tomorrow”. Asked for extra pillows and they gave us 1. There are air purifiers everywhere in the room probably because they know the place smells awful and is full of dog pee/poo.
