Serious concerns regarding post-checkout charges and communication. I recently stayed at this Home2 Suites location and had a very concerning experience regarding how a damage claim was handled. Earlier in my stay, I requested a late checkout and was initially told it could not be accommodated due to booking through a third party. Worst experience I’ve ever had. This is a very racist Hotel where all they care about is Black people and if you’re white, you will get no service. I had someone try to steal my things in front of me. I confronted him on it and he screamed at me in front of the front desk, girl, and accuse me of things and threatened me and became very hostile towards me while I was there even when I would see him at breakfast. Have stayed here many times over the years and it just keeps getting worse. The staff just doesn’t care. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired (when it is open at all). The price is okay and the location is convenient or I’d find another place to stay.
Stayed here yesterday, and it was peaceful, relaxing, and overall enjoyed. Clean hotel. Awesome breakfast selection!! Pool was heated and clean. Nice for if you want to get away and have family or kids. A regular king size room can sleep 4+. It has a full kitchen & pull out couch, with tables and plenty of storage space. So would be nice for long term staying as well.
