Staff there are amazing!!!! Definitely would stay here again. The GM is friendly and not to busy to say hello. Mrs Mary at breakfast treats you like you at home in your own kitchen.
Marie, the breakfast attendant, provided excellent customer service. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Her friendly and respectful approach made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. Be sure to carefully review your checkout charges if you stay here. Unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns about billing accuracy. When I completed online checkout, I noticed charges for phone usage. I immediately contacted the hotel and spoke with a manager, Julie, who claimed the charges were from calls made in our room. However, the times she provided were hours before we had even arrived. After some back-and-forth, she agreed to remove the charges and issue a refund.
