I stayed here while visiting family in Chicago to be close to the east side. I was pleased. Definitely not what I expected. The rooms and bedding were clean. Everything was fully functional and clean; fridge, microwave , dishwasher, and dishes. Definitely would stay again.
If u are black american with kids this is not the place for us. FyI Is place is very racist. The lady at the front desk was very rude unprofessional and down right nasty. It unfortunate that may kids and family had to Witness this unfair treatment in the year of 2025 on mothers day
Accessibility for wheelchair was very good, with grab bars near toilet and in shower (tub, not a roll-in) and enough room to get the chair around. Room was large and quiet, with kitchenette and a real refrigerator. Breakfast was fine, no problems with staff.
