Do yourself a massive favor, trust the negative reviews, and stay elsewhere. There are SO many better options in the area with much nicer and updated, clean rooms for the same price. This hotel is NOT WORTH IT. As a diamond member who travels regularly and always stays at Hilton’s, this was hands down the worst Hilton experience ever, tenfold, both because of the actual hotel and room itself and the atrocious actions of the assistant manager, Natasha Pearson. The room was very clean and nice. Walk in shower was great. Only complaint is the price increased because of a basketball tournament. Why should the price increase for a senior citizen who doesn't play or enjoy basketball
LOUD hotel...can hear people next to us, above us, in the halls, etc. Even outside noise from the road, plus garbage trucks at 5 am sound like they are in the room. Everything else about the hotel is decent though!
