This hotel is really nice clean. The home 2 offers big spacious rooms. But traveling with kids makes everything a little harder. Most hotels in ohio are used to corporate stays. 90% of their bookings are people working or business. When a hotel sees kids they automatically want to judge. I have a child on the spectrum so he has tantrums and sometimes he is hard to control. I also have a baby that cries. So just know if ur traveling with kids this hotel might not be the best for u. Wow the customer service here was amazing. Stayed two nights had about 40 kids and 30 adults it was wild. First night kids were being kids and the staff was so patient kind and courteous. Then I left my keys and the manager Durand literally took his time after a long day of work and went to the post office to send it them back to Michigan. Shout out to Durand.
