The staff are nice. The hotel is clean just beware the AC stay at 68
Worst breakfast experience we've ever had. Barely past 8am and they were out of everything! What they did have was ice cold. Employees didn't seem to concerned with restocking. I understand it's complimentary but it is post of the reason people look to book with Hilton brand hotels. Front desk workers were very good.
This hotel offers excellent customer service. The front desk and staff are very kind. Housekeeping is very respectful and does a great job at keeping the hotel clean. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. I love the interior decor of the rooms, the Queen suite offers spacious room for luggage and the kitchenette offers a home feel to the room. Great for families and travelers. I was sick every day of work when I stayed here for a few weeks, I would be able to breathe fine outside at work, and then as soon as I came to the hotel I would get sick again, I saw the sweet old lady making the breakfast wipe her mouth and nose multiple times, and never wash her hands, vents are constantly running and pumping dirty air from the old ducting. And yet Paris Hilton probably has a few billion, gotta love corporate America...
