Lets start at the top. When my partner and I walked in we were not properly greeted by the receptionist. He did not inform of us of any amenities, breakfast, or pool hours, and only provided one key. Then, we went to bring in our luggage. They had only one small luggage cart for the entire hotel, which would become a problem upon checkout as it was being used. The staff on site was pleasant however the management is another story. During our 2 night stay we were moved to a different room twice. We were in town to support my sister who was pregnant and ended up spending hardly anytime with her due to having to move rooms. The first room the ac unit was stuck on heat and the second room the mattress was covered in pee. We got put in a third room and it was fine.
