I checked into this hotel with my husband and our 1 year old on a Wednesday evening. On Saturday morning, I had to ask the front desk for someone to come empty the trash in our room because no one had. Someone from housekeeping had been on the room as there were new towels, but the trash cans were both full, and the bed still not made. After asking in the morning for someone to take the trash, we arrived back at the hotel around 4 PM, after being out all day, to find the trash cans still full. I want to clarify on the service. First, the friendliness of the staff is a 5. There was some trash piled up by a can in the hallway on our floor that was there for 2 days. The hallway got a little ripe. Someone failed to take care of this. The breakfast is varied, but only grape jelly? I did see one mixed fruit our last day there. The cereal choices are awful.
