Immaculately clean. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and accommodations. The front desk staff was friendly and warm. Highly recommend .
Where to begin... The sign in the elevator of how can we make your stay a 5 star stay is a joke!! Aug 10th – The sheets were not changed prior to my check in. When I pulled back the sheets, I noticed that one side of the bed was wrinkled from the previous guest and that the pillows stunk of dirty hair. GM Diondre changed the sheets and said sometimes they can't pull them tight enough. Not!! At least I knew these were clean and everything else in the room seemed OK. Very clean, good sized room. Hot water w nice shower. Breakfast is meh. Front desk lady is very nice and has messaged me twice to make sure everything is up to snuff.
